ABOUT GREG
I'm Greg Nunez, a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary and National Certified Guardian.
My path into professional fiduciary work grew from more than two decades of experience in senior care and residential care operations, business ownership, and working with older and vulnerable adults and their families.
That experience taught me that a person's finances, healthcare, housing, family relationships, and quality of life rarely exist as separate issues. They affect one another.
Through Nunez Fiduciary Services, I bring that practical experience to professional fiduciary matters while working collaboratively with attorneys, accountants, healthcare professionals, care providers, family members, and others involved in the client's professional team.

Depending upon the needs of the individual and the authority granted by legal documents or court order, Nunez Fiduciary Services may provide services involving:
Trust & Estate Administration
Administration, organization, coordination, and oversight consistent with the fiduciary's appointed responsibilities.
Power of Attorney
Financial management and other authorized responsibilities when serving as agent under a valid power of attorney.
Bill Payment & Financial Organization
Organization and management of routine financial responsibilities and records.
Care Coordination & Oversight
Coordination with healthcare providers, care professionals, residential providers, family members, and others involved in an individual's care.

For more than 20 years, I have been involved in senior care, residential care operations, and business ownership.
That experience has given me practical exposure to the realities families face as an older adult's needs change—including care, housing, healthcare coordination, family communication, financial responsibilities, and long-term planning.
As a fiduciary, I believe good administration requires more than completing tasks.
It requires understanding the person behind them.

I also recognize the boundaries of my role. When legal, tax, investment, medical, or other specialized professional advice is required, I coordinate with the appropriate qualified professional.

Greg Nunez's spouse owns and operates residential care facilities for the elderly (RCFEs). These facilities are separate and independent from Nunez Fiduciary Services.
When acting as a fiduciary, Greg maintains the independence of his fiduciary role and acts according to his professional responsibilities and the needs and best interests of the individual he serves.
